Automobile Insurance Coverage?

"Hi I've been looking at dog  insurance  from many different businessesIam motor and 23 insurance firms want between $300 - $800 for motor  insurance  since Iam not 25 nonetheless. I WOn't spend. Is there anything else I will do.
My automobile was driven by our brother and was hit from behind. Her insurance isn't under my policy. May this influence my  insurance  premium? I just had a last month furthermore (I hit something ontheroad which price $6000 to repair and my insurance covered it without raising my quality).
